Purpose of the Processing	To provide a satisfactory service to the students and their parents or guardians, facilitating the management of the activities carried out during the course, as well as the different services provided. Use of images to inform and promote about the course activities.
Legitimisation	Compliance with the legal obligation applicable to the data controller, fulfillment of a contract and consent of the interested party.
Recipients	The information will be given to third parties when there is a legal obligation or when necessary for the management of the activities carried out by the school. If permission is given, photos will be published on The British School of Gran Canaria website, available to visitors.

Price includes: Camp, lunch, activities including horse-riding, materials.

Sibling discount: 22€ for 4 weeks / 16,50 € for 3 weeks / 11 € for 2 weeks / 5,50 € for 1 week.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policy: cancellations before 15th June will incur a penalty of 25% of course fees. After this date, the penalty will rise to 50%.

COURSE CONTENT

Summer Camp reserves the right to make changes to course content if necessary.

TRIPS

Summer Camp may request a small extra contribution for trips not included in the course fees
